Sally L. Stephens, RN
President Spectrum Health Systems
Sally is a founder, owner and President of Spectrum Health Systems. With over 12 years of experience in nursing, diabetes education and case management at Methodist, St. Vincent and Winona Hospitals in Indianapolis, she has seen the power of prevention and informed decision-making first hand. Sally holds degrees in Liberal Arts, Nursing, and Management and has dedicated the remainder of her career to creating positive change in employee health and American business. Sally serves as a board member of the Indianapolis chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners. She is also a member of the Governor’s Council on Fitness & Sports.
Johan Gormal
Managing Partner & Executive Vice President
Johan has been providing guidance and direction to Spectrum Health Systems almost from the inception of the company in 1997. She has held Property and Casualty Insurance licenses in addition to her Series 6 and 63. Graduating with high honors from her high school in Glasgow, Scotland, she holds degrees in English, French and Accounting. Johan began her career in the banking industry before moving her family to Indianapolis. With over 20 years experience in the Insurance and Financial arenas, Johan oversees all Spectrum's administrative and financial processes while playing an integral role in organizational development.
Warner Roberts
Chief Operating Officer
Warner has been a member of the Spectrum team since 2008. He has over 15 years experience managing and implementing worksite health, wellness and fitness programs for government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, residential communities, retirement communities, hospitals and universities. As a member of the Spectrum Executive Team, Warner plays a vital role in strategic planning, leadership development and enhancing operational effectiveness. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Wellness and a Coaching Endorsement from Wayne State College. As a former collegiate athlete, Warner continues to include exercise and sports into his every day lifestyle.
Jamie Curts
Vice President of Business Development
Jamie began her career with Spectrum in 2002. Originally hired as a health screener, her skills and experience as a health educator helped her advance quickly to an Account Executive. Jamie currently oversees account management and plays an active role in new business development. Jamie holds a Bachelor or Science degree in Exercise Science and Wellness from Ball State University. She holds a Certification as a Tobacco Cessation Facilitator with the American Lung Association. Jamie is an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and can be found at every home game. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children at their cabin in southern Indiana.
Sarah Brady
Vice President of Account Management
Sarah began her career with Spectrum Health Systems as an Account Manager in 2005. As a Vice President of Account Management, Sarah leads the account management team with the development, design, and evaluation of health management services. She oversees the coordination and implementation of a variety of employee wellness programs ranging from voluntary to achievement-based. Prior to joining Spectrum Health Systems, Sarah worked for the Muncie Family YMCA as a personal trainer and as an onsite wellness coordinator at BorgWarner Automotive. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science with a minor in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University in 2003. Sarah enjoys traveling and running and has completed over a dozen marathons and half marathons all across the country.
Brian Jacobs, MD, MBA
Medical Director
Dr. Jacobs is a board certified internist who opened his own practice in Fishers, Indiana in 1999. Upon concluding his residency at St. Vincent hospital, Dr. Jacobs received his medical degree from Indiana University, a B.S and B.A. from Purdue, and received an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan. Dr. Jacobs has served as medical director for a number of healthcare facilities, and is on the board of directors for HealthMatch, a consumer-driven healthcare finance company. Jacobs has been published in Medical Economics and is currently a physician contributor to that publication.
Donna Riedle, RN
Health Coach Manager
Donna began her career at Spectrum Health Systems in 2008 as a Personal Wellness Coach. Now the Health Coach Manager, Donna plays a key role in developing Spectrum’s LifePath Health Coaching program. Donna’s extensive experience as a Registered Nurse gives her the knowledge base needed to enable Spectrum to offer first-class lifestyle and condition management coaching.
Health education and awareness have always been a guiding force in her career. Donna has taught classes in child birth education, CPR certification, and infection control in the hospital environment where she was a critical care nurse for 16 years. As a school nurse, she coached parents and teachers in school and community health.
Donna received her Bachelor of Science with a Nursing Major from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame Indiana. She is also certified as a Freedom from Smoking facilitator.
